Return & Refund Policy of Apple Creations

• We only accept returns for manufacturing damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a exchange or refund against damaged product, it is mandatory to create an opening video of the parcel. Upon receiving the returned item with original condition of the product, Apple Creations will provide a exchange or refund (shipping costs are not refundable).

• Kindly allow us 1-2 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.

• Discounted items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

• Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for exchange or refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and track able mail service.

• We are unable to issue a exchange or refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may not issue a exchange or refund. All goods will be inspected on return.
